So I registered to Anandtech forum, a lair of Intel fanboys obviously... The eagles nest, look! There is Fritz right outside eagles nest, he is rageing to see the results from his Intel... German Kid rage!
So I am defending the APU and those Intel fanboys suggested an Core 2 Duo E8400 and E8600 and G680 against A10 5700 and trashin the thread about APU that is superior in 99% of situations obviously. I suggested a build that is also good when you its time to upgrade to Richland and that, so those guys start trashing, please check this out.
So I wrote couple of responses and so I wonder did I trash them a bit? Did I burn them so hard?
So are you redtruthseeker? Because these people are correct and he is wrong.
They are correct about the performance of the a10 compared to the g860, they aren't being fan boys.
FM2 is a dead end chipset believe it or not, i don't see richland being that much of a cpu beast that it's worth the upgrade, so it doesn't have any real benefit over the g860.
is far superior to your proposed build. Depending on where you look those processors seem to either equal the a10, or are almost negligably slower. My only concern would be acquiring those processors, but i'm sure they can be snagged on the cheap on ebay or something.
