Hello guys I need your help...

So my friend is upgrading to a new CPU, an AMD one and he needs a new motherboard...

His current CPU is Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6600 so I have a felling that it may have a small bottleneck to his card GTS 450, atleast in recording ingames like Battlefield. Anyway...

Should I buy Athlon x4 740 with motherboard FM2A75M-DGS or FM2A75 PRO4-M from ASrock?

I could buy x4 750k, but then I could only afford FM2A75M-DGS...

I cant choose what motherboard, since I dont know which one is better in quality. Should I just buy x4 740 and F2MA75-DGS?

why dont you get a phenom x4 965 and a cheap am3 motherboard

Why? Because in future I want my friend to upgrade it to "richland" hopefully if it can support a higher Radeon HD 7xxx series, above 7670 if possible. CPU is cheap and I want a quality motherboard than a cheap one and prices are different in my country than in USA
