I can upgrade my phone so I was wondering on thoughts from anyone. Nexus 6 and DROID Turbo are the front runners. Possibly DROID MAXX, Motorola X, LG 3 or 4. Don’t know if the HTC phones are any good. I really want a phone with micro hdmi, but it looks they stopped doing that a long time ago and now do slimport nonesense that sometimes isn’t even supported. If anyone knows of a Verizon upgrade phone with micro HDMI let me know, otherwise what should I go with?
Maybe you could buy yourself new shoes instead.
The moto x pure supports Verizon but I would wait for reviews.

I have an htc one m8 with verizon, and it's great! you should definitely consider it. i never really hear any bad things about it and plus since having it for a year i havent had any problems either.
Looks like I'll be able to get the Nexus 6 for .01 at costco. Can't beat the price, but I could also get the older DROID MAXX for .01 as well. I like how the DROID MAXX has a large battery. I've also been wondering, wouldn’t the DROID MAXX battery last longer then the DOID TURBO because of the lower resolution even though they have the same battery?
I've got a Verizon N6 and love it. I too was on the fence between it and the Turbo, but for me it came down to that the N6 had an unlockable bootloader and many custom ROMs available. Many of the people I work with have the Turbo and they all like them too. IMO they're both great phones. Still it might be worth waiting for the Moto X Pure edition, I came from the 2013 Moto X and it was awesome. I was planning to keep it a while longer but when I got my new job they started paying for my phone and the company plan was Verizon so I had to switch phones.(I was on AT&T before with an unlocked GSM Moto X)
I got the LG 4G in the spur of the moment. I didn't like the none removable battery on all the phones and LG 4G supports slimport port, though input lag is pretty bad on slimports from my experience so far. If they just sold a dam phone with mirco hdmi then I'd be walking around with a portable video player in my pocket. And LG 4G is completely future proof on micro sd expansion and very happy with the battery life so far. Anyway thanks for the input.
oh and it was funny finding out Logan just recently did an overview of the LG 4G. Just found out after I bought it.
