I'm starting not to trust people in suits, it seems to be the uniform of the "I want to make as much money as possible as fast as possible and fuck the public good" club.
Fortunately, it only passed in the House with votes cast along party lines and even if it makes it through the senate, the white house has suggested that they would veto the bill. Either way, now is the time to panic, call, tweet, mail, and text our senators and possibly dust off the torches and pitchforks.
But then there's Obama and even if he vetoes it, you still have to worry about the supreme court.

Best means to contact them is by phone. Email, Letters, etc are usually handled by staffers.
This bill, most likely, will not make it through the Senate.
I haven't looked into depth on this piece of news yet, any reason why you think the senate will not pass the bill?
Party entrenchment. Republicans lack the 60 seats to force a bill through, without a Democrat saying "I'm filibustering."
