American film industry denied ISP censorship in Sweden

Today Stockholm District Court ruled against American (Jewish) film industry giants to censor Swedish ISP B2 Bredband AB.

Stockholm district court has today sentenced in proceedings between a number of rights and B2 is.
The District Court rejects the rights holders' request that B2 is to
prevent its subscribers access to internet sites, The Pirate Bay and
Swefilmer.

It's arguably likely they will appeal the issue to the higher instance of the judicial branch.
