The AMD Trinity APU's for desktops has finally arrived. AMD had to keep delaying the release of the Trinity due to difficulties from development. But the wait will be still on while till there is enough chips made for the market. The OEM Chips we could see on shelves within as early as one week
The motherboard manufacturers were ready to get the FM2 Motherboards ready to rock and roll, sadly that will kick the FM1 socket off the market.
If AMD sets the price right, the new Trinity Chips. AMD also claims the A10-5800 will be a really huge contender with the Intel Core I5 at a more affordable price.
With the Piledriver cores, AMD will be able to bring some energy efficient, decent priced quad core APU's. They will have a 65 Watt TDP.
In my opinion, AMD might, just might regain ground in the market with these APU's. I mean if the new APU's are using the Piledriver Core and scores good (better then the Bulldozer) we could see a really good sign of the potential of the Piledriver CPU's.

Waiting for the 24th october for the release of the FX-8350, FX-6000 and FX-4320. If Piledriver fails an Intel based motherboard + a good Intel Quad-Core will be ordered immediately.
AMD has disappointed me way too much with the Bulldozer. I´ve even bought an AM3+ motherboard and now I am stuck with this useless thing as I´ve already got an AM3 laying around.
With the Trinity APU's using the pile driver core, we'll be able to see a sneak peak of the preformance of the Piledriver Cores, which would basically determine if the new FX processers will be any good. Just basically what I'm saying in the last paragraph
I´ve already seen first benchmarks of Trinity APUs compared to older their predecessors. They´re being sold in pre-builds a.k.a. OEM PCs at least here in Germany. I can´t speak for other European countries, though.

The only one I could find right now.
Enjoy
Ill take a look at them. Thqnk you
I'm also waiting for the FX-8350. Also waiting for new AMD motherboards.
New motherboards? I´ve got to check that out.
Just looked up the graphs.
I'm glad I'm holding out. I think I might do a new build with that A10-5800k.
