AMD R9 280 or R9 280X?

As the above says, I'm specifically looking at the Gigabyte version.

I'm thinking 280X but I don't really know.

the price difference is so small id get the 280x

yes 280x is the better card, if the prices are realy close, then don´t botter about the 280. the 280X has 2048 stream processors, while the 280 only has 1792 stream processors.

280 = 7950

280X = 7970GHZ.

I have the radeon 7950. Great card, but in some games I get frame latency spikes. I say go for the 280x.
