I got one too. It's a good processor so don't be ashamed that you have one. 7750 is a little faster than the e8400 which is about more the double the price so hey why not.
I have 920 I7 stock cooler stock speed. Broke the piggy bank but I like it.

that only way i could describe this in gaming way (Xbox)
Intel - plays Bioshock the whole way through beats it in about 3 hours probably 8 acheivements out of 50
AMd - plays bioshock the whole way through beats it in about 6 hours and accomplishs ALL ahcheivments
but in Cpu terms that 3-6 hours is like months/years w/e Lol Acheivements is probably oC to 5-6-7 ghz
just wait for the future when stock cpu for amd is 5ghz and intel is barely getting at 4ghz stable

Both of it is awesome in different ways.
I got 4 PCs and 2 notebooks. 2 PCs using AMD and 2 using Intel. Same with the notebooks. If you looking for Price> Performance, get the AMD. Performance>Price= Intel.
