Does such a thing exist? I want to try to build a mini itx gaming system using the fx-6300 processor in the bitfenix prodigy case.

No mITX for AM3+, if you would go with the Prodigy M, there are mATX AM3+ boards, but most if not all of them run on older, pre FX generation chipsets. If you prefer AMD over intel you can go with an Athlon 750k or 760k and either mITX or mATX FM2+ board, depending on which case you'll get.
