AMD FX-4100 is 5 Celsius?

hi, my amd fx4100 is 5 degrees when idle and 10 degrees when under load rendering on sony vegas 12. may this be a faulty CPU? i have done no overclokcing and the default settings are in affect, with the default stock AMD fan.

also i dont live in a cold area. its at least 25 degrees in the room.

What's the software you use to record temperatures ? (does temperatures are inaccurate)

I use core temp and also CPUID HWmonitor. they both say the same temps.
