Amd cooler installation problems

soooo I made a pc few months ago

now we ordered the same parts for my friends....

but it seems the amd stock cooler has changed a bit...

the tool free mechanism seems to have changed since last time..

I can't seem to get it on...

I can't take a picture

but the cpu fan I had last time had a latch like this

but now it's changed to this ?

please help

The method for attaching the cooler hasn't changed since AM2. Just check the retension lever is undone before trying to attach it.

look I'm telling you that little lever changed...

we seem to have a little space left between the iron thing and where it has to click on on the one side...

and sorry my english is pretty bad...
