I kinda felt like AMD should of just skipped Excavator, but at the same time they don't really have anything else to offer right now besides Zen and that's not coming till next year. I don't think we are going to see AMD in my opinion rival intel till 2016 or 2017, AMD would have Zen out, and if AMD is smart, they'll put those cores into APUs. I do respect that AMD is willing to take risk, but the problem is the Risks are hurting them SO MUCH, to the point where was it truly worth it? either way i'm curious of Carrizo, I'm still running a 4670k, If AMD can drop a Processor that will beat that I'm sold.
Kinda want to see what the Excavator core offers, I mean its Steamroller with power management.
Definitely would be nice to see a processor that beats the Intel lineup for cheap
