AMD build

Hello every one,

I plan on building a PC after Christmas, I'm hoping prices will go down a bit. I have a 700w power supply. The parts I plan on buying even if they don't go down in price are the 8350 and the Sapphire 280x, I'm just being patient and hoping to get lucky. I'm not too stingy if the price is justified. My choices were based on Teksyndicates $750 build video

1) What motherboard to choose and why?

2) Any RAM alternatives to the Kingston or should I stick to this? I have a 4G RAM in an old pc, Should I buy a 4gb or just add the 4gb I have to this 8gb?

3) Good/cheap case recommendation?

4) monitor recommendations. I was looking at Teksyndicates Korean monitor video and was thinking:

Any other input is highly appreciated.

Thank you all!

Firstly, some things:

What specific model power supply do you have?

How much is your budget?

Build recommendations:

1. Gigabyte GA-970-UD3P, MSI 970 Gaming, Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0.  Depends on the features you want, but the Asus is what I'd go for if you have the money.

SSD is slow due to asynchronous flash.  Grab something like the Adata SP610.

Spec-03 might have trouble fitting the Hyper 212

2. G.Skill, Mushkin(check reviews, though), AMD Gamer/Entertainment, Corsair, Crucial - basically anything, really.

3. Corsair 200R

4. AH-VA panel.  I believe that's not IPS, but it's late and I might be totally wrong.
