I would switch the GTX 670, to a 7950 or 7970, Also the CPU is a monster and the motherboard is good to I own both of them and haven't had a problem with either and the 8350 overclocks very well.  The biggest problem you have in the whole build is the power supply I would either go with Corsair, Antec, Coolermaster, or a Thermaltake.

Alright, thanks a million :)

So what video card and PSU are you getting now.

Well it's for a friend who wants to use Nvdia, so i'll stick with a gtx 660ti instead and the PSU is a Corsair Enthusiast 650W.

Good choice on the PSU

Get a cheaper freakin case omg man. Look at a Fractal R4 or something if you want that clean look. Trust me I loooove that corsair case but wouldn't EVER spend that much on it for a build like that. Don't even bother with low end sound cards tbh, they don't have any real noticable difference between them and onboard. Just get a 20$ dvd drive, unless you absolute need blu ray...which you most likely won't.I also would vote for a psu change but I saw you already said you changed it. If you made those changes you could do a 680 and maybe even a 256gb ssd.

Really huh? Alright, let me just do a few changes...

Look at something more like this man change the case or whayever thats MY choice for a ~250 case http://pcpartpicker.com/p/AEXT

Oh nvidia My bad http://pcpartpicker.com/p/AEYJ

Again change around the case if you dont like it

Cant forget XFX/Seasonic!

You don't really need a sound card, most Mobos now-a-days include onboard auto that's pretty decent.

Alright, how does this look? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/AEXe

I'd buy a havik 140, it's a good match for the case, comes with good stock fans, it's not much more expensive, and you're going to want to push your processor a little more than the evo will let you. Also the evo stock fan is a piece of shit (coming from someone who bought an evo because it was cheap then bought fans that cost more than the cooler).

Is it relatively noisy?

Very good GPU for the price: PowerColor HD 7870 myst edition Tahiti LE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131484

It gives the performance just under a 79 series. a good review on it: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/5120/powercolor_pcs_radeon_hd_7870_tahiti_le_2gb_myst_video_card_review/index.html

Here is what i would look at if you want to go amd 8 core + Nvidia Graphics card http://pcpartpicker.com/p/APN3

"pretty decent" doesnt cut it for alot of people you WILL notive a differance in on board(unless it a $300+ motherboard) and even a $20 sound card, I always recomend one unless its like a budget build.

They dont break as easy and get less noise, there is a large differance, for exapmle my onboard mic input gets MAD noise when playing games my sound card doesnt (of course i spent more like $90 on mine but thats against the point)

An NZXT Phantom is worth every penny! I wouldn't swap your case form one of these. You could also save some bucks and go with a 7870!
