Skewt, I'd really go with the AMD build on this one. First off, the 430W PSU is cutting it close on the Intel build. Secondly, you're going to need a much more powerful CPU than a 2X2.6GHz Pentium in order to play the games you listed. (See link below for A10 performance alone on BF3.) Personally, I tend to fanboy intel/nVidia, but In this case, I'm seeing the AMD build as a much more cost effective and expandable build. If you have $200 at a later time, you could throw in a 7770 or even a 7970 and boost your graphics performance incredibly. The AMD build is overall better. Just make sure you get the 1866 RAM because if you don't, your graphics will suffer. (APU uses RAM for graphics portion, thus, a lower RAM speed will cause your performance to suffer.)
Also, why get a microATX form motherboard and a mid-tower case? Not too much of an issue, seeing how you're going to have lots of air flow, cable management and expansion room, but just curious.
