AMD A6-6400K Driver Issues

Today I bought an AMD A6-6400K to replace the A4-4000 that was in my work PC. Install went smoothly, but when it came to installing the video drivers, things went downhill very fast.

I downloaded the latest AMD Catalyst after uninstalling the current version, and attempted to install the new drivers, but the video and HDMI audio drivers failed. I got this message: "Driver Install: user must be a member of the Administrators group". This is strange because I am the only account on this computer, no standard users here. I tried multiple times, completely uninstalling after each failure just to be sure. Sometimes it ended with an error, and sometimes it just froze.

After searching online, I saw that sometimes the driver issues came from the motherboard, so I went to the AsRock website and downloaded the video drivers for my model, which ended up being Catalyst anyway, and I got the same failure notes.

I kinda need this computer up and running smoothly as soon as possible, so it would be great if any of you guys know of a solution I could try. Thanks for reading
