AMD A10-5800k APU plus the 6670. Are the Dual graphics worth it?

I currently have a crappy pc. That's the truth. I'm in the process of buying a new motherboard, GPU, and CPU/APU so I can play PC games at higher quality. I'm a student, and a budget gamer, so I can't afford fancy GPUs like the 660 and up, and even the 650 ti is a bit too expensive. As well, I need an affordable CPU/APU. Preferably, the CPU is $130 and under, and the GPU is $100 and under. I came across the Trinity A10, and paired with a 6670 in CrossFire mode, and it seemed like it could handle HD gaming pretty well. I watched a few videos on youtube, and they looked great. But I want your opinions. Have you had experience with this setup? Would you reccomend it? If not, what would you reccomend I substitute?

I have an A10-5800k and I sort of regret getting it so I looked into the dual graphics a while ago and people were saying a 6670 alone will run games better than the dual graphics so I would suggest that you go with something like this if you can afford it.

I also need a new motherboard if I am to get a CPU like that. What would you reccomend? Which do you use?

Well that CPU is AM3 while my CPU is FM2 so I don't use one compatable with that CPU.

For the phenom ii id go for the asus M5A97

Are you sure the A10-5800k isn't good enough? I really want something cheap, and I have the motherboard that can support FM2, I don't want to invest in something else. I am fine with looking at mediumranged graphics, but I at least want something ceap that'll work well.

Can someone please help some more? They said on the razethew0rld channel that I would get a lot of feedback, but so far I haven't gotten much.

AMD A10-5800K 3.8 Ghz Quad-Core Processor

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4gb) DDR3 1866 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

MSI Radeon HD 6670 1GB Video Card

Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case

Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply

This is the build I am currently using.  Pretty cheap and can run newer games at medium quailty, and most valve games at max.  The APU and GPU are crossfired.

a10 is a good choice alone, if you plan to buy a extra gpu to crossfire right away it's probably a bad idea

do you live near or gan you get to a microcenter? they have a fx6300 + mobo for $120 and then you should be able to find a 7770 for around $100

just my humble oppinion

I second Overlordnick - if you can wrangle an FX6300 + mobo for a good price and then combine with a 7770 you should be very happy. Even an FX4300 wouldn't be bad.

Do they have that deal online?

If they do, I would absolutely go for that, but I'm not even sure if they have that deal anymore.

So you're saying generally it's pretty good.

Do you have any issues with your RAM having to support your APU?
