Hello i ran IBT AVX to see how hot my cpu gets under load and it is all stock with its defaults in the bios so nothing is changed i did try to oc it once but the voltages where below safe recommended speeds i found that my bord droops quite a bit so i couldn't get it stable in prime 95 so i put it back to stock.
My board im using is a 990FXA GD65
But the error is:
WARNING Linpack Binary stopped unexpectedly.
This could be a result of missing executables, unstable system, or a soft ware bug. If you have UAC enabled please try re-running the program with administrative privileges.
It is just a guess and it may be wrong considering that Antec is usually pretty good but that psu may not be capable of delivering sufficient clean and stable power to your cpu. It is not 80+ rated so I definitely feel it is possible that it is the cause although maybe not the most likely one. It could be that you got the 1 in a million faulty 6300 but I have many doubts with that. Did you touch or bend any pins when installing it? Anything go wrong with the installation?
Well no not at all when i installed a pre filled liquid cooler. when i took out the stock cooler it did take the cpu with it as the pre applied thermal paste must of turned to glue. No pin where damaged and the leaver was opened and the cpu was fine and was put back in. The part is out of warranty so i cant return it but all appeared to work fine and all pins where not harmed. Windows was re installed as i changed to a ssd and all was fine.
