Black Edition processors have a free multiplier. If you didn't overclock, you're doing it wrong.
Well if I do it would void the warranty.
And if they ask should I say I was going to but with school and life I had to time to do it so I never got to it? 0_o

Yes, any processor that AMD advertises for overclocking is covered. Just don't say overclock or else they'll pin you with bogus disclaimers.
