AM4 Socket Server CPU Cooler Alternative to Arctic Freezer 4U-M

I am currently looking to replace my upside-down Noctua desktop CPU cooler with a properly rotated CPU cooler for my server motherboard so that the airflow goes to the back and not the top or bottom. The problem I have is that my server motherboard uses an AM4 socket and most of the good air CPU coolers for servers I have seen so far are only for Threadripper or Epic.

In short, what is the best alternative to the Arctic Freezer 4U-M for an AM4 socket server motherboard (rotated 90 degrees from normal desktop PCs)?

I am maxing out an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, so high cooling performance is essential. Noise should be low, max size is 4U.

Don’t know of any AM4 data on this but Thermalright’s Phantom Spirit 120 and 120 SE are good candidates. There’s a 90° rotation between AM4 and AM5 and those two Phantom Spirit versions seem to have about the lowest base to fin thermal resistance, noise-normalized, available for either socket.

You can get alternative mounting hardware for Noctua coolers to rotate by 90 degrees.
