Am I going to be able to OC decently on this board?

I'm buying the Fx-6300 soon and I'd like to OC it eventually. From what I've read, it's possible to push it to 5ghz. For me, though, I'd like to try to get it to 4.5 This is the motherboard I chose-

I'm wondering how well I can overclock on that board. If you have a better suggestion, feel free to post it.

Requirements-

No more than 120.00 USD

Must have at least 2 PCIe 2.0 slots

Needs to support 1866mhz ddr3 ram.

Would be nice if it supports 64gb ram.

Also needs a USB 3.0 header.

Please respect the price. I'm only looking to spend about 100 but I said 120 because people around here like to pick out stuff that's good quality but a little over-budget. I'm on a really tight budget with this build.

AsRock's are apparantly pretty solid for OverClocking, I don't overclock and do not intend to any time soon, but from what I've heard that board can atleast handle the OC.

Shoot for something with the 990, not the 970.  <3 Just personal opinion

How will that affect my OC performance?

A 990FX Chipset affects the PCI-E lanes, not the processor/RAM/any other parts, that board is champ! ASRock makes great products,

Personal favorite of mine, just for looks and some good reviews.

The 990FX baords are higher end and therefore usually have a more powerful/effecient VRM designe able to handle/make high overclock possible.
