I was wondering about how people in the community feel about bands like Bring me the Horizon, Asking Alexandria, Pierce the Veil, Black veil Brides and other bands that fall into the alternative Metal or Metal Core genera.
Just screaming boy bands or an interesting and pretty ok type of metal ??

They all sound exactly the same and lyrically just complain about first world problems.
I've only honestly liked about 2 Metalcore bands ever and that was cause they at least TRIED to do something Different or at least move on from that over-saturated Sub-Genre of Metal.
Those bands being
Motionless in White Moved on from that Metalcore Sound into a more Gothic/Industrial Metal/Black Metal Sound.
Abigail Williams moved on from Metalcore to do Symphonic Black Metal.
Other than 99% of Metalcore bands all sound exactly the same and have no diversity.
