I'm trying to figure out if I should switch from Koolance QD3 to Alphacool's new quick disconnect. I have three QD3 in my system right now, and would like to keep my flow as high as possible. Currently, I'm running 2 EK DDC pumps in series near the minimum speed.
I could see adding 2 to 4 more quick disconnects to my system in the future for gpus, and maybe 950 Pros if the 1tb version still has issues with thermal throttles on larger file transfers. Ideally, I'd like to keep the convenience of quick disconnects for replacing components without losing too much flow or having to increase pump noise.
Anyone know how the Koolance QD3 compares with the new Alphacool Quick Disconnect?
