I have been looking to build a new gaming pc the first question is:
What water cooler should I go for the h60i or the h80?
The second questoin is go for the intel i5 3570k 3.4ghz or the AMD 8350 4ghz?

The only real difference between water coolers is the radiator dimensions. The more surface area the fins have the more effective it will be. Both the H60i and the H80 have 120mm radiators but the H80's is about 10mm thicker and so has more surface area. I would go with the H80.
As for the CPU I haven't had any personal experience with either. A quick look at benchmarks and review would suggest the AMD.
