It looks okay but I’m not looking forward to the day I have to make any major modifications.

At work or at home?
Office of a client I had to move this weekend. A definite downgrade on physical space for the server and networking gear. But the rest of the office is much more modern looking.
Nice. Next time you may try to convert the fridge into a rack cabinet. 
Think of it as a guaranteed source of income.
