AIO watercooling an Epyc 7532

Hi, I am building a genAI home server with dual 3090 and eypc 7532 (TDP 200W) as cpu. The build uses a relatively small open frame (one of those for gpu mining) and generally I need to keep the system physical footprint as small as possible.
I thought to use a Corsair H100i elite capellix XT because it comes with brackets compatible with the SP3 socket, but I
am not sure if a 240mm radiator it would be capable to handle the cpu under load.
e some modifications to the frame and would increase the footprint of the build.

Any suggestions?

If you want to stick with AIO liquid cooling, but with more thermal capacity, you might want to consider a larger radiator, like a Corsair H115i RGB Platinum (280mm) or an NZXT Kraken X73 (360mm), which will offer better heat dissipation.

I have a dual 3090 ti build (the wife’s) with nvlink and another dual 4090 build (mine) on Epyc 7773x dual and Epyc 9684x dual

I tried the water cooling and you can go with AIO for cards and the Silverstone for the cpus cooling

and use this cpu fitment

I converted my wife’s SP3 to this originally, a while back:

but switched to air, similar to my set up:

You may consider air cooling (more effective)

thanks, in the end I decided to go for a H115i because I found a good deal and I managed to attaching to the open frame. I have not tested how effective the cooling is in real use.

That’s a nice rig, thanks, would be nice as an option for the future.
