Are there any cloud-based AI photo de-noise based tools?
I currently use Lightroom’s built-in denoise, and it works well, but my GPU doesn’t support it very well, and it takes upwards of 30 minutes to denoise a 50MP photo…

Isn’t denoise purely mathemagic?
Running local: Can try Waifu2X to de-noise (and scale). To run on AMD add ZLUDA to the mix.
I have no experience with Adobe, so I can’t help you much there.
