Aftermarket cooler for GPU?

I want to get a cooler for my GPU as it is reaching 75C (when overclocked) while bit coin mining. 

I have a Powercolor HD 7850 (http://www.powercolor.com/global/products_features.asp?id=422) and I want to find a way to cool it down without water cooling it.

I was thinking of putting a expansion slot cooler type thing in next to it but I wonder if a aftermarket heatsink fan would be better?

Don't forget to get non conductive Thermal paste just in case

That cooler would be perfect, im planning to get a 7970 and the Extreme III when i can, and OC the shit out of it.
