After new GPu installation no display

So I replaced my 7750 with a 760 today. I Uninstaller my amd drivers. And installed my nVidia drivers. After when I booted the system it would make the windows splash that Windows was loading and after would put my monitor to sleep and have no display. It's works fine in safe mode

uninstall the drivers in safe mode, then boot normally, then install the latest drivers.

I've attempted it several times. No luck

I don't have any onboard

So now I get this blue screen when I either us safe mode or launch regular Windows

Just to update I can go into safe mode and normal boots but all I see is a black screen with my cursor

Could be a DOA card... also check the fan is spinning, that could be bad. On the build before my current one, I hadn't done my cable management yet and had a stray molex bend stopping my GPU fan moving. Was doing just what yours is and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me.
