Advice on an X99 Build

Greetings Everyone,

I've finished building my personal rig for gaming. I am now in the planning phase for an X99 build. The reason I need the build is for video editing. I want the build to be a Micro ATX build so that I can take the rig with me.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HdF3dC

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor  ($299.99 @ Micro Center)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: EVGA Micro Micro ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard  ($229.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($503.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($319.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 8GB Vapor-X Video Card  ($479.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: SeaSonic Platinum 1000W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  (Purchased For $149.99)
Total: $2218.90

I already have the power supply. It was going to be for a build for a friend but they backed out of the deal. I got to keep the power supply though. Just so you know I have a NAS with 8TB of storage that I use for my video editing. What advice do you guys have for this build?

I'd maybe get another SSD for your render/cache drive; something cheap, as the information that will be on it isn't super critical. Other than that, it should cruise through video. Have you considered a GTX970 (if you can find one) instead of the 290X? Most are cheaper than the 290X and generally will out perform it and have better power consumption. And in a small case, I would think the 290X would make it quite hot in there. Having said that, even when I'm rendering long projects with GPU effects, my GTX780 never really seems to be working so hard that temps become an issue.

Build looks good if you ask me.

only thing i would change is the H100i, for a Cooler Master Nepton 280L.

Sapphire vapor X is a good choice if you utilize open CL with your video editing tasks.
