Advice needed - nas an raid drive&drive bay modding

im looking to maximize my hard capacity in the harddrive space iv got

ie 2 bay nas & 4 3.5in bays in a pc case

id also like to gain a read / write boost vi raid 0 , so heres what i currently got 5 of these

Micron 1100 2TB SATA 2.5" ssd’s

from previous builds that iv pull out to repurpose an i want to do is
get 5 more but this time instead of putting the in my current build an nas

as just separate drives , what id like to do is install an run them in groups of 2 with each set in raid 1 using 5 of these

[QNAP Dual 2.5” SATA SSD to 3.5” SATA RAID Adapter Converter](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RLM8W68 /ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)

an put 4 of the 5 sets in a pc build im working on an run each vi ther adapter bays an have all four connected to a ORICO M.2 PCIe M Key to 6 x SATA 6Gbps Adapter Card an run them in raidz2

an run the final set in my Synology 2-Bay DiskStation DS723+ (Diskless) which currently only has 1 4tb hdd in it

would all this work an is it doable also can this E10G22-T1-Mini be added to my ds723+ an is this were it would go when installed
