There is a very annoying ad in the lower left hand corner:

If you're going to place ads in the media, couldn't you use something interesting?

Um, they're google ads.  What specifically comes up for you is generally out of their control.

The ads on this site are Google ads generated by your web searches.

So maybe stop looking at prostates and you should be fine.
