Hey guys.
i think I already know the answer to this question but I could be wrong. Since the launch of the iPad 2 I think it was, users have had the ability to close apps by using 4 finger pinch gesture, 4 fingers swipe up to show recent apps and ...etc. Can someone create an app which can be opened with a gesture like 4 fingers swipe down anywhere? Or does the iOS device have to be jailbroken?
