Access terminal with known IP through ISP server

Ok, so first let me thank you for reading and please excuse me if my vocabulary is not very accurate.
My question is:
Y have access to ISP clients list and settings. I know every client’s name and IP along the network regarding my node.
How exactly would anyone with that power be able to intercept another client’s traffic? Is that enough? Do I need ssh access to the ISP equipment?
It’s a very weak company regarding security. I’m not gona lie, I wanna exploit the vulnerabiliies.

Any way… Thanks all for reading. Any useful reply will be much appreciated.
Peace

What exactly is the purpose of this post? Do you have permission to exploit any possible vulnerabilities? It's quite difficult to prove that you do and we generally discourage this type of thing. Maybe add more details to the post? It sounds like you are trying to exploit your ISP?

Well that is exactly right.. Although so far I can only change conection speeds I want to be able to monitor the traffic as the service is awful diying every ten minutes for a minute or even more. They claim the are doing upgrades, but it's been since november like this. If I got access I could find the culprit, make suggestions and potentially solve the issue. The head of the company is a lawer, the "IT" and support guys are accountants or low level technicians.. It angers me. I just want to know whats going on behind this all by peeking at the traffic and servers. (Totally not legal)
But it's Argentina, nobody cares

..as stated,

We can't really help you here sorry.

Yeah, we can't help with illegal activity. Sorry.

This thread will probably be closed now.

Thats's okay. I knew it was a shady idea.
