Personally I would go for an air cooler.  The H60 is not really that good and for $60 there are some nice air coolers.  I would also go with a Crucial ssd such as the M500-M550 or MX100.  What you have will work fine though I don't see any compatibility issues.

I would ditch the H60 and get a Hyper 212+ (unless you plan on overclocking excessively) and with the saved money, I would get a better gpu

Different SSD, better mobo, better GPU, drop the CPU or cooler down

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (Purchased For $209.00)

Motherboard: Asus Z87 A LGA 1150 Motherboard ($ 129.99 amazon) +50$

                   or Asus Z87 pro LGA 1150 Motherboard ($ 139.99 amazon) +60$

                 or MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97-G45 GAMING ($131 amazon) +51$

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i ($89 @ Amazon)+30

Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB ssd ($109 @ Amazon/newegg)-20$

Video Card: ASUS Graphics Cards R9290-DC2OC-4GD5 ($269.99 amazon) +20$

Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case (Purchased For $49.99)

Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (Purchased For $39.33)

alternative AMD Cpu option

CPU: AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor ( $170 amazon) -40$

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + (124 newegg) +45$
       or ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming               Motherboard(134$)+55$

CPU: nothing wrong with the i5 choice, but the mobo is weak, so your'e looking at a another 50$ for the mobo to make the 'K' type cpu worth it,
assuming you want to overclock you also need a better cooling unit and with that in mind the 240 fits well.
If the budged gets stretched to much at this point i put in a AMD CPU-mobo alternative witch evens that out and the AMD FX 8350 will do as good as the i5 counterpart.

GPU: don't get a 2GB gpu and the 770 is a rebrained gtx680, the offering on the AMD r9 290 4GB is just to good to overclock, and you could buy 1 more 2 year's down the road and still be fine

H100i won't fit in the SPEC-01.

well its as tight as it can be and might require a bit of a fan mod over the ram, but its possible

a different case like a  corsair 350d would solve that issue if he wants a 240 rad liquid cooler and no hassle

What nailed said :p WIth your budget AMD is the better way to go imo.

get hyper 212, dont get an ssd and get a gtx970

I talk about what choices are best for low-to-high end gaming PC's what to pick and how to no have unneeded waste. And alternatives to reduce or increase cost. For what you want that is WAY more than enough. In gaming applications you will have alot of waste from unneeded computational power.
