I'v had the windows logo wallpaper for ages and I want a change but cant decide on what I want, So I'v decide to let the Forumites (for use of a better word) help me design one. So if you've got any suggestions on what to put on it then ill make it and post a picture of it on the forums.
I use 4walled.org to search for wallpapers. Go there at your own risk, there is a lot of nude pics. But awesome non-nude wallpapers as well!
I have a simple setup of 4 wallpapers, the standard win7, it inverted, it added a glowing edge filter in photoshop easy as pic, and a inverted glowing edge version, it animates really smooth in 7
