PCIe Bifurcation Splitters?

Hey everyone! I have an ASRock X399 Taichi that (allegedly) supports PCIe bifurcation. I am currently using 3 out of 4 slots, two dual slot GPUs and a single slot 10Gb NIC. I am possibly looking to add more devices in the future, more than one slot would allow. Are there any non-PLX PCIe splitters out there to do the job? Especially something that would allow me to use two adjacent slots with maybe half-height cards? Do you know of any such thing?
