A good first build?

Im a 14 year old dude and for my bday i need to build a PC because the current laptop usingis very old (Sony Vaio NR21S).

My budget is £455 MAX and I will be using the PC for school work, gaming (Mostly Minecraft, Skyrim, FPS and a lot of single player games),

Editing ( Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas, Camera Tracker/Boujou Element 3D/C4D and Photoshop)

So I already have two build I have thought off

If I go with the build above I will buy a GPU and another stick of RAM later

If I go with the build above I will add another stick of RAM later and I will upgrade my CPU in around a year.

So please tell me which Build is better and please suggest different builds!

THE CHEAPER THE BUILD THE BETTER :) I do not need OS or Any other Peripherals and the build has to be ITX and thank you!

How about going for the GTX 750 Ti instead of a 760 and see how much money you have left for a better CPU? Also, its a budget build but if you find the money for an SSD later on, go for it.

But would i be able to play most new games with the 750 ti? Like Watch Dogs or Thief and which specific 750 ti and what FPS would i get?
