A good €90 (130USD) PSU

ive been searching for hours for a good PSU who can live long and is good and cheap. the only thing ive learned is that Antec PSU's are good, but reviews aren't very postive on some sites

wich do you recommend for me? 500-650 watt is what i need for my PC

EDIT: ive seen the NZXT HALE82 650w, is this one good?

This is a good PSU, I bought it, I havent used it yet, but look for something like that. Also I go it on sale for like $70, 130 is not cheap.
