A good 1080p monitor? (UK)

Hey guys

My girlfriend is looking to get a new Monitor for her PC for Christmas, and I was wondering if you guys could recommend any? Which brands should I avoid? I'm looking for:

  • Less than £140
  • 1080p Resolution
  • 5ms or less latency
  • Decent colour - nothing that needs to be adjusted for every individual task like some monitors
  • Was thinking 22" but anything between 21" and 27"

If you could provide links from trustworthy UK sites, that would be awesome. Sites like Scan.co.uk, Aria.co.uk and Overclockers.co.uk for example.
