gives you an easy way to enable the reader mode in the chrome desktop version so you can actually read the article and filter the crap some websites feel they need to put everywhere

Firefox has already enabled it as a part of the basic browser

Because there is no reason for pages to blind you with a white background

I prefer Dark Background and Light Text over Dark Reader.

I ran into a lot of rendering issues with Dark Reader, while the other has several view modes, one of which usually works.
