Title says it, a book or series you enjoyed but it seems nobody you know has read it.
A brief description would be nice as well

Any of the Shannara books by Terry Brooks. When I was 9, my best friend's dad had The Sword of Shannara sitting on a shelf. It looked good, so I asked to borrow it. I brought it back a day later because I hadn't been able to put it down. He didn't have anymore books. A week later it was my birthday, and I had acquired quite a bit of money, so I had my mother drive me to Borders books and I bought the entire original trilogy of the Shannara books. Since then I've been hooked. Definitely worth a read, and can even be likened to a modern Tolkein. And I don't say that lightly, as Tolkein's books are by far my favorites.
A book that I really like is called Watership Down. I don't know anyone who has actually read it. It's a fantasy classic and the writing is just great.
You've got to be kidding me. I just clicked this post to talk about how I haven't met any single person who loved the Shannara series.
Either way, Terry Brooks is a brilliant author and I recommend any book belonging to the Shannara series. The only books I am not-so-much about is the ones where it starts to get closer to modern times.
The Autobiography of Yukichi Fukuzawa. He was a Samurai who lived at the time when Japan was becoming a modern country, and was one of the first Japanese to visit Europe. It's all in his own words, has quite a few pictures, all in all pretty awesome.
