You won't find any decent 1080p monitors less than $120, unless you're fine with purchasing used/refurbished ones.
I would just go with one Korean 1440p screen.

I wouldn't buy 3 cheap monitors. You could get 3 descent monitors for $160 but I wouldn't go cheaper than that. If you cant afford that start with one or two and and add on when you have more money to spend.
