Looks good to me. You might want to get a 650 watt psu, but the 500 watt would probably be sufficient enough for that build.
I'm wondering how well the H60 actually performs too. I would check out some reviews and see if there are any better coolers for the money. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Cooler Master V6 GT would outperform it, and it's only around $46 on newegg.
You could probably get a 7870 instead of the 7850 and still be within your price range too.
