so i have a 8800gt+9800gt in sli, im wondering if its worth selling my sli setup for the c216?

If you're planning to use Vista or Windows 7, wait 'till the DX11 cards are out.


Otherwise stay with your SLI setup.

Yeah, I would definitely wait for a bit. Your set up seems to be fine. i'd say wait a bit until prices level out or until the newer cards come out this year between Q3-Q4.

8800GT and 9800GT r same chips

indeed, the 9800gt and 8800gt cards are essentially the same exact cards.

Stick with your current setup until the new dx11 cards come out.


I also hate the way Nvidia try to palm off old cards by rebadging them as new models!
