What is your opinion on those temps?
I use Ninja scythe air cooler and sabertooth r2 mobo
1st option very quiet but hoter

Are those temps ok?
temps look a little high on both the second one is a little safer for the thermal limits on amd

but 59 and 54 C are socket temps
If you look lower you get temps on each core
With full on cooling its 37C
With quiet settings all cores run at 45C max
As I learned so far that FX-8350 can take up to 60-62C
The temps on my 8350 are VERY strange. When its idle its something between 19 and 25-26C. Its going up and down all the time. When I am playing it can jump up to 70 and even 80. But thats not constant temperature. I am using CPU meter + Core temp to monitor my temps but I never experienced such difference with my old Phenom II processor. I don't know whats going on really. I am not using the stock cooler btw.
an 8350 should go about 65c and its best to try and stay below 60c
so you should be fine with what your cooling with if the cores are actually at 45c (AMD can be wierd with temp monitoring) just dont OC it.
I am not planning to OC anyway.
Sounds like your cooler may need a re-seat. Which cooler are you using?
I runned fx4100 @ 82 with no issues. Only shut down of pc on 83. After cleaning fans I am running at max 60 at 100%
There are multiple possiblities. The cooler may need to be reseated or it may be the temp monitoring software.
