770 or 7970

I am building a Gaming Pc. I am wondering if the 770 is better or worse. i am going to get the evga 770 with acx cooling. I am going to be using the FX-8350 (planing to overclock to 4.8-5.0). Also i know that Nivida video cards to physx alot better. i am confused please reply your opinion.

770 and 7970 is a close bett, in some games the 770 beats the 7970 but a bit. so i would suggest to go with the 770.

Either, they are neck and neck. I would advise going with the cheapest.

Agreed with MisteryAngel. Whichever is cheapest. Just make sure that your psu can handle it.
