7670m vs 635m

I have a choice between 2 laptops. One has a 635m 2gb ad the other has a 7670m 1gb. U was wondering if the 7670m would be able to play games like skyrim, anno, bf4 and other games at 720p. If the 7670 could handle these games I would rather it as the laptop is significantly cheaper (100-150).

My friend has a laptop with an A10 .... and the 7670m, it doesnt run skyrim very well and battlefield 3 was horrible, lowest setting 720p ~ 25fps. It probably is a CPU bottleneck tho. Its an quadcore 2.3ghz. 

For gaming preferably get a laptop with i3 >2.5 ghz hyperthreathing.
