Hey guys, im interested in building a LAN Pc for bringing to LAN parties and i dont want to spend more than $750. We play mostly older games, so the rig does not have to be a absolute powerhouse, but it should be able to perform decent on current games. Im fine with either an Intel build or AMD build, but on this budget i know i will probably end up with AMD (nothing is wrong with AMD processors). 4 gigs of ram should do fine, and i would love for this to be a mini ITX build. Something that can be easily brought from house to house. Any suggestions for parts is appreciated. Thanks

Well, I went underbudget, but it'll play most games and is nice, cheap and small for a LAN rig.

$750 is a bit low for mini ITX, this was the best I could do.

I would advise against buying a lower end GPU to get a higher end CPU on a gaming rig.
I eliminated the pointless aftermarket CPU cooler, and adden anouther case fan to my build.

the gtx 660 is still a good gpu and was picked for its blower that blows air out of the case va its front io shield and not in to the case like most fan vershons
Thats a good thing for a itx sized case ^_^ but he has sead he can go up to $850 so you can get a 660ti in there for that
