I have a $750 budget on a gaming PC. I've been looking at many computer parts, and I've came down to these parts, If you guys know any better parts that stay within the budget, that'd be nice!~
**I know that I'm missing a HDD. I will be formating the one that I'm currently using in my computer, which is a 1TB 7500rpm. *** I'm not sure the company of the HDD because I'm not using my current computer right now.
**** I'm also missing a CD Drive/burner as well, because I will be taking that out of my current computer as well.
If you know any non-biased reviews on other parts that can also fit into my budget, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thanks!!
I would be using it for Gaming and editing. Even though 16GB of RAM is a lot, I would also like this computer to last, because it's the last computer my parents will buy for me. Because of my location, and SOFA status, I can't get a job to buy it on my own. So I need it to last for as long as possible.
- Motherboard: That is a very good motherboard but you probably would get by just fine with a 100 dollar (or less) one. Unless you plan on going crossfire/sli you don't even need more than a 970 north bridge.
- RAM: 16 gigs is alot. Probably more than you could ever use at once unless you are doing something kind of extreme or using a RAM disk.
Also, you may want to consider getting a cpu cooler. 8350's generally overclock really well but anything more than a very mild overclock needs better cooling than stock.
First off, your processor is overkill for that GPU, I would recommend re-balancing the system a bit. here is what I came up with.

That case you chose is actually the one I used for my friends build. I actually live in south korea. If you live in south korea and I can help you with purchasign here in teh country. The prices here are off from international standard some because of different companies trade agreements with their South Korean affiliate.
I do live in Korea, currently in Osan. My friend who's Platinium in LoL recommended the site to me, and bought his computer on that site. I play LoL, and do a little bit of video/image editing on the side. I go to PC방 a lot, any my parents have really been getting on me about going so often. Since this is the last computer that my parents will buy for me, I would want it to last. Even though some of the parts are overkill for the others, I will be moving to the states in about 8 months. When I move to the states, I would probably get a job to then get better parts to balance my system more. I am 16, and I've looked around at 용산전자상가, and all of the parts were about $20-$80 more expensive. Maybe you could e-mail me at [email protected], or [email protected] so you could help me out a bit? Thanks for the recomendation though!~
Downgrade you CPU to a 6300 and upgrade your GPU to a 7870 or 7950. Also I would say 8GB would suffice for editing unless you actually edit properly and not as a hobby.
My buid upgraded the GPU to 7950, but I would keep the CPU at 8350 and keep the ram at 4gb. It is good enough for games like LOL and most other games too, RAM is really to upgrade later. A GPU and CPU isnt. It makes more sense to get a good CPU and GPU now and spend less on ram, case, and PSU.
